Shipping & Delivery

Allow 2 to 3 weeks. This ships to you directly from the maker, in China — which is what keeps the price where it is. Your order reaches them in 1 to 5 business days; the journey is the rest of it.

You'll get a tracking number when it leaves. It usually goes quiet for a week or two in transit — that is normal, not a lost parcel. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Need it by a particular date? Order six weeks ahead, or email us first and we'll tell you honestly whether it will make it.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged, defective or incorrect? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund at no cost. Changed your mind? Returns accepted within 30 days in original condition.

Payment & Security

Checkout is handled by Shopify's encrypted payment system — we never see or store your card details. Apple Pay and major cards accepted.
