Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and anything you buy from Wear It Well. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. Please give us accurate billing and delivery details — we cannot deliver to an address that was typed wrongly.

What we sell, and what we say about it

We describe every product as accurately as we can — cap construction, fibre, length and care. Two things we cannot promise: that the colour on your screen matches the colour in your hand, because screens differ; and that a style will suit you, because that is taste. Neither is a fault in the product.

We may change products, prices and descriptions at any time. We may limit quantities, or decline an order — including one that looks fraudulent, or one placed at a price we published in error.

Not medical advice

We sell to people going through chemotherapy, radiotherapy, alopecia and other hair loss. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we are not clinicians.

This matters most with adhesives. If your scalp is bare, tender, healing, or has had chemotherapy or radiotherapy, speak to your care team before putting any adhesive, remover or spray on your skin. Patch test 24 hours ahead. If you have a reaction, stop and get medical help.

Orders, prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's encrypted system; we never see or store your card details.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it is not acceptance of it. You can ask us to change or cancel an order and we will if it has not yet gone to the supplier. After that we cannot.

Shipping, delivery and import charges

Orders ship from outside the United States and delivery usually takes two to three weeks. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Any import duty or customs charge is set by the authorities and is yours to pay. Full detail is in our shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

Set out in full in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Discount codes

Codes are for the purpose stated when we issue them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. One code per order unless we say otherwise.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us if you think someone else has access.

Content on this site

The text, images and design here belong to Wear It Well or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use. If you send us a photo or a review, you are giving us permission to show it, and you can ask us to take it down at any time.

Things you may not do

Use this site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, scrape it, upload malicious code, or impersonate someone else.

Liability

We provide this site and our products as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Wear It Well is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item it concerns.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and of the United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Colorado.
